Document templates

Document templates define the information used by OPG, the OBMessage document-generation service.

Review and create templates

  1. Select Templates → Documents.
  2. Search by template name or review the Name and Created columns.
  3. Select Create template to start a configuration.
  4. Complete the required fields and confirm creation from the form.

Configuration fields

  • Name: identifies the template.
  • Information count: defines the number of data items in the document table.
  • Row count: defines the number of rows available in the table.
  • Unique password: protects only the generated document.
  • Master password: protects a set of documents.
  • Status: indicates whether the template is active.
  • Category: classifies the template for identification and organization.

Protect configured passwords and share them only through procedures authorized by your organization.

Check the result

When complete, the template appears under the Documents tab. To review other channels, return to the main template list.
