WhatsApp strategy

Before creating a WhatsApp strategy, confirm that the WhatsApp Business integration is configured and that the template is available for sending.

Before you begin

Prepare the channel template, recipient list, schedule, and sender. The full creation guide explains the shared settings.

Configure the strategy

1. Open Strategies → Create strategy and select Assisted.
2. Under Channel and template, choose WhatsApp.
3. Select a WhatsApp template.
4. Configure the audience, frequency, and enabled sender.
5. Review the summary and confirm Create and start.

Template availability

A template can appear as Published while also showing Not ready to send. Check the Sending availability column before using it in a strategy.

Check the result

Return to Strategies to check the status and scheduled period. Review delivery records in Activities. A strategy waiting for its schedule does not imply immediate delivery.
