Error response description

When a request fails, the API can return an error code and a description. Inspect the HTTP status and the response body together.

Field Meaning
code Identifier of the reported error.
message Description that helps identify the cause.

Investigate an error

  1. Read code and message.
  2. Compare the request with the endpoint guide: method, URL, authentication, required fields, and identifiers.
  3. Correct the cause described by the response.
  4. Before retrying a delivery, check whether the original request returned a message identifier. Use Check status for SMS/Email or Activities to investigate its result.
  5. If the cause remains unclear, contact support with the operation, time, and error response, excluding credentials.

A missing response alone does not establish whether a delivery was accepted. Avoid blindly repeating delivery requests.
